• The business meets the demand of customers and continually contributing to their satisfaction. The business is also able to find new and retain high-value customers. It is also able to create and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, which is a very important success factor needed to sustain your business. Satisfied customers are more likely to come back to you. Better yet, give the customers more than they expect.
• The business continues to reduce overhead costs. Being able to cut costs can lead to higher profit.
