Any person that is forced to apply for disability benefits oftentimes find themselves dealing with so many questions about the application and process in which they have difficulty answering. Basically, for Social Security Disability and ssi programs a person is considered disabled when they suffered severe impairment that has lasted, or will last, twelve months.
