One thing that I hate with my new job is that I get to sit roughly around 6-8 hours a day with regular snacks in between. As a consequence, I gained weight. Since it’s not the usual corporate rat race, I tend to forget to fix myself or let’s just say take care of myself.
My busy schedule hinders me to go for exercise. I even forget how to burn fat like I used to do. I feel sorry for all the clothes that are shrinking.
This is just few of the many situations why diet supplements flourished in the market these days. Our sedentary lifestyle or lifestyle that lacks physical exercise contributes to the overweight. It is commonly found in most developed and developing countries like mine.
Well, I think I just have to change the way I live starting tomorrow. I hope that I will have the determination to do it right.
