Nikon or Canon?

Nikon or Canon Camera?
Last two months, I am amazed to see some of the photos my brother posted in his blog. I asked if he bought a camera. He convinced me that time that he is just using his phone because he doesn’t have enough money to buy it. But, I kept on asking and guessing if he is using either Nikon or Canon camera. My persistence failed, so I stopped my inquiry.
Yesterday, however, he finally showed me his prized possession, his camera. I am right about it. The pictures he posted are not a product of camera phone, but a camera with higher pixel and zoom. I envied him because he was able to capture pictures of their company summer outing. He can use these photos for his sites where he earns extra income. Actually he has his own site generating income that helps him a lot in his expenses. It’s nice to post an off-topic post sometimes besides I am still me even in this site.
Financial Incentives Alter Habitual Behaviors?
Professor of bioethics said that personal financial incentives are increasingly being used to motivate patients and general populations to change their behavior, most often as part of schemes aimed at reducing rates of obesity, smoking, and other addictive behaviors. These incentives work in the short term, that is, they help one change a behavioral pattern with positive health implications in the long run. Rewarding someone for quitting smoking or giving up junk food and taking up exercise seems to be the ideal way to push them into the right direction, on the path to a healthier and ultimately happier life – if it weren’t for the moral and unintended implications of such “rewards.”
Financial incentive comes with downsides because they affect (intrinsic) motivation, personal choice, as well as alter the doctor-patient relationship. Whether these incentives can’t also be considered bribery is also an issue that is still up for debate, as is what happens with one’s will and determination when they stop coming. In addition extrinsic motivation can come from all places. For instance, instead of receiving money, people can offer to pay certain amounts in case they fail to kick a habit or change something about their current lifestyle, with countless websites of the type being set up to motivate people into making a difference.
factor that needs to considered
Going on to a foreign place is not just costly but risky as well. Different culture, cost of living and laws are some of the factor that needs to be considered. And, travelers one way or the other will experience health problems.
Health problems are unpredictable and will hit travelers by surprise. And the sad thing is that foreigners or visitors do not qualify for most domestic health insurance. The best way to answer this problem is to get travel medical insurance or International Medical Insurance. This is the kind of insurance that provides coverage for emergency medical expenses incurred within the duration of the travel period or temporary living in a foreign country. It’s one way to avoid incurring huge amount of medical expenses for most companies with employees working abroad.
stiff business competition, this days

business competition
Competition these days are so stiff that companies may lose some part of the market. The only way to prevent these losses is to create a product that has a strong brand that people may perceive to have great value for their money. Product value would mean a product that is offered at a fair price, but has good quality. True enough that buyers will look at a product with its benefits against its cost.
Okay you have created a product that has great value. But, this will not suffice to be a salable product if people don’t know the existence of it. You may earn substantial word of mouth, which is a strong kind of advertising, but it is a small part of the market. The only way to get the message across the bigger market is to create a good brand identity using the mix of good advertising, pricing and packaging. Well, it’s difficult to do this on your own. Why do it the hard way when there is expert Marketing Company that guarantees results?
It’s a tough reality that no matter how good the product, it can’t withstand competitors if the right strategies are not utilized. The product package which includes the price, the benefits and the advertising, must very attractive to create the brand identity or image that will stay in the minds of your target market.
