Whether you have a business or not it is a need to save money. Our economy is in bad shape nowadays, spending too much on certain things is not a good idea. And business needs to be vigilant with not so good employees. For example, in the industrial industry where there are so many little stuff in the workplace. I have known several employees, stealing simple supplies like bearings, bolts and so on. Then, have this stuff sold to their friends. Even though these things cost little per piece, it costs much in a bigger perspective. Companies will then find that they are spending much on this, but generate little or no income at all. Even though there are inventories, still stealing can get through it. So, it is better to keep an eye even on the smallest supply at work.
