Do you have what it takes?
Success doesn’t happen overnight. Check if you have the answers to these important questions:
- What is your vision? One cannot wait for the perfect opportunity or resources to make entrepreneurial dream a reality. It’s all about you. You are the one who will develop it and any success and failure you encounter will be your responsibility.
- How passionate are you? Look for a business that interests you. Does it involve food, cars, or other services? Being in business is a hundred times more stressful and toxic than being an employee. An employee simply leaves his work in the workplace. An entrepreneur brings the work wherever he goes.
- What are your own ethics? First try working with other people. This way, you acquire corporate values such as discipline, teamwork, and leadership because these are the same values and principles that you need when you have your own business.
- What motivates you? Developing a concept and getting the loyalty of customers is very difficult these days especially with the presence of fierce competitors and copycats. But rather than be motivated by just profits alone. You really have to put 100 percent of yourself into the business. You don’t have holidays. You really have to work 24 hours and have to work harder than your people.
